Visual effect for a scene view's atmosphere.

AGSAtmosphereEffectNone	No atmosphere effect.
AGSAtmosphereEffectHorizonOnly	Applies the atmosphere effect at the horizon of the scene view. It is not applied to the surface.
AGSAtmosphereEffectRealistic	Applies the atmosphere effect throughout the surface of the scene.
